MintBait privacy policy

1. Information we process

• Gameplay progress such as unlocked chapters, level completion, best endless score, cosmetics, language, audio, haptics, and accessibility preferences are stored locally on the device.
• MintBait does not require account registration, name, email, phone number, contact list, photos, microphone input, or precise location data to play.
• If rewarded ads are enabled in the published build, Google AdMob or its partners may process device or other identifiers, IP-based approximate location, app interactions, and diagnostics under their own policies.
• App interactions in this context can include rewarded ad requests, impressions, taps, reward completions, and similar events needed to deliver, measure, and protect ad flows.
• Diagnostics in this context can include crash, performance, delivery, and abuse-prevention signals related to ads or the app environment.

2. Why data is used

• Local save data is used only to preserve progress, settings, cosmetics, and gameplay continuity.
• Ad-related processing may be used for advertising or marketing, including delivering optional rewarded ads such as revive or coin bonuses.
• Ad-related processing may also be used for analytics, measurement, performance monitoring, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance by the relevant providers.
• We use the minimum information required to operate the game experience, support optional ad rewards, and comply with platform policies.

3. Sharing and third parties

• Local gameplay data is not sold and is not transferred to Boyekin servers for gameplay purposes.
• If live rewarded ads are active, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and device or other identifiers may be collected by or shared with Google AdMob and related ad technology partners.
• These third parties may use that information for advertising or marketing, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance under their own privacy terms.
• Third-party providers process data under their own privacy terms, and those terms apply in addition to this policy.

4. Retention and deletion

• Gameplay data remains on the device until the player clears app data or uninstalls the app.
• We do not maintain a gameplay account database for MintBait at this time.
• Third-party providers such as Google AdMob may retain data they process according to their own retention rules and legal obligations.
• Future releases that add cloud sync, analytics, or support systems will require this policy and Play Console disclosures to be updated before release.

5. Children and general audience use

MintBait is positioned as a general audience game. It is not built around user-to-user communication or profile creation.

If a future release targets children or families, ad settings, content, and disclosures will be reviewed against the applicable Google Play Families requirements before publication.

6. Your choices

• You can stop using the app at any time and remove local save data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
• Rewarded ads are optional gameplay actions, not mandatory to access the core game loop.
• Where consent is required for ads in a user’s region, the published build may present the appropriate consent flow through the ad provider before ads are requested.
• If you do not want ad-related provider processing, avoid optional rewarded ad flows or decline consent where the provider offers that choice.

7. Security and policy alignment

• We aim to keep this privacy policy aligned with the app’s Google Play Data safety declarations and will update both when the app’s data flows materially change.
• We expect third-party providers to use reasonable safeguards for the services they operate, but their technical and legal handling remains governed by their own policies.

8. Policy updates

We may update this policy when the app’s data flows, monetization, or platform requirements change.
